Ryland G. Hill Jr. is a speaker, author, veteran and peer support specialist whose work is centered on helping people challenge limiting perceptions and move intentionally through change.
His journey across military service, sales, personal adversity, faith and peer support gives him a perspective that connects personal development with real-world experience. Today, those lessons form the foundation of his speaking and his book, Perception Buster.
A 2024 Detroit Board of Police Commissioners resolution also recognized Hill's community service, work as an author and recovery coach, and commitment to helping others discover greater purpose.
